RESOLVING DISPUTES

 

Types of disputes

Setting up of commission

Chairperson of the Council Supervisory Commission is appointed without prior consultation with parties. Proposals by parties for members of commissios are ignored.

In both cases, refer matter to the adm judge or to NEO. NEO asks for rectifications or proposes sanctions
