PROCEDURE IN RESOLVING ELECTORAL DISPUTES

Setting up of commission

Chairperson of the Council Supervision Commission is appointed without prior consultation with parties. Proposals by parties for member of commissions are ignored.

In both cases refer matter to the adm judge or to NEO. NEO asks for rectifications or proposes sanctions
